Should you receive an item in damaged condition, please contact us directly within 48 hours of receipt and we will issue a return document to replace your book. Damaged merchandise must be received at Echelon Press within 7 days or the return document will be invalid.
Other than damaged merchandise, all sales are final. Echelon will not refund any monies for any items; your damaged merchandise will be replaced.
eBook downloads are final sales. No credits or replacements will be issued for downloads.
